Help & frequently asked questions
Can I shop without a subscription?
Absolutely. Everything can be bought as a one-time purchase, and you order refills when it suits you. The subscription is there for those who prefer not to remember, but it is entirely optional and you can pause or cancel whenever you like.
How long does a tablet last?
One tablet lasts about four weeks on average with frequent use. Each tablet makes 300 ml of foaming hand soap, up to 350 pumps.
Can I use other dispensers?
Yes, our soap works with any dispenser that has a foam pump. An ordinary soap dispenser unfortunately does not work.
Is there a minimum term on the subscription?
No, there is no minimum term. You can change, pause or cancel the subscription whenever it suits you.
Is the soap vegan?
Yes. We use no ingredients that have been tested on animals, come from animals or are derived from animals.
How much water should I add?
Fill the dispenser up to the top of the ELICO logo for a rich, silky foam.
