Frequently asked questions

  • Absolutely! Our soaps work with any dispenser that has a foam pump. Unfortunately, a regular soap dispenser will not work.

  • One tablet lasts on average 4 weeks with frequent use. Each tablet makes 300 ml of foaming hand soap and provides up to 350 pumps per tablet.

  • For a rich and silky smooth foaming soap, fill the dispenser up to the top of the "ELICO" logo.

  • Yes! We do not use any ingredients that are tested on animals, derived from animals, or extracted from animal sources.

  • The same ingredients as on the packaging, in the same order:

    Sodium Carbonate – Softens the water and helps the soap clean.

    Citric Acid – Helps the tablet dissolve and balances the pH.

    Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate – The active cleansing ingredient that cleans and creates foam.

    Disodium EDTA – Binds the minerals in tap water so the soap foams well.

    PEG-150 – Holds the tablet together.

    Sodium Benzoate – A preservative that keeps the soap fresh.

    Parfum – The scent.

    Unscented does not contain Parfum.

  • The water temperature is the most important factor affecting the dissolution time of the hand soap tablet.

    Recommendation: Use lukewarm water (~60°C / 140°F), and the tablet will dissolve in 10–20 minutes.

    Cold water (~20°C / 68°F): Can take up to 40 minutes.

    To speed up the dissolution, stir with a spoon.

    Note: Do not use boiling water or shake the dispenser bottle while the tablet is dissolving. This can cause pressure buildup in the bottle, leading to spills.
